2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement, please provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we may offer a replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.

3. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or shipped.

5. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept delivery, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Delayed Shipments

Shipping times may vary depending on logistics and courier services. Delays caused by the courier, customs, or external factors are not eligible for refunds.

7. Chargebacks

If a customer files a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with proof of order confirmation, shipment, and delivery.
